Leadership Unplugged: The Inner Work of School Leaders
Overview
Join us in April for an amazing journey inward to attend to those resources that nourish and sustain leaders in roles that continue to be demanding, complex, relentless and at times, exhausting. This is a terrific opportunity to take time out, time away and time for yourself. We know that unless the care-taker takes care of him or herself, it is difficult or nearly impossible to Get Unpluggedcare for so many others. Those who have attended this session previously report on the immense value provided by this Seminar that is all about you, not your school, not your colleagues or even your family.
This seminar, held in the ideal setting of Santa Fe, NM, explores the inner work of the school leader and provides participants time and space to examine and recommit to the core values that shape their leadership practices. Participants will have time to write, talk, reflect, and creatively approach challenges individually and in groups. Time will also be provided for exploring Santa Fe and enjoying the city
for both reflection and play.
