Seminars

Our seminars for school leaders are transformational and support the participants in their personal and professional growth. Here is what our fellows say about their experiences with the SFLC seminars.

“I took more away from the time in Santa Fe than you could imagine. It gave me the courage to look within and search for the type of leadership position that fits my desires and strengths.”
- SFLC Fellow, April 2011

“The SFLC “Leading From the Middle” conference was spectacular. From the welcome gift bag upon check-in to the fruitful and reflective conversations with colleagues to the behind-the-scenes preparation and planning to the virtual toolbox of strategies I carried away with me, I thank you.”
- SFLC Fellow, July 2011

“The greatest benefit was the renewal of spirit and affirmation of my life’s work, very well done, thoughtful and relevant…”
- SFLC Fellow, November 2011

“I’ve never been in a situation like this in which trust was so obviously developed.  Awesome!”
SFLC Fellow, July 2011
