Strategic Design & Vision – At the heart of good school planning is intentional, creative, and human centered design. The SFLC applies a “design thinking” approach to planning in order to help schools be more purposeful in setting goals and objectives for the short and long term. Whether it is crafting a vision for the school’s next decade, developing strategy for transition and change, launching a bold new initiative, or creating a road map for the next three to five years, the SFLC will customize a process that will maximize your planning experience.
On-site Professional Learning & Retreat Facilitation – The SFLC provides customized retreats for boards, administrative teams, parent associations, faculty and other leadership groups in your school. These retreats are highly interactive and inspire participants to lead intentionally, creatively, and collaboratively.
Leadership Coaching & Career Advancement – Work with the SFLC team to strengthen your capacity to lead with clarity and confidence, address challenging issues, manage conflict and change, and set a clear direction for your school. For school leaders seeking a new position, we offer help, support and coaching that will give you a competitive edge in any job search.
Leadership Assessment & Support – When a school seeks to fill a significant leadership position, the SFLC offers a collaborative model to help find the best person for the future of the school community. We begin the process with an assessment of the current administrative structure and function and we help define the talents and characteristics most necessary for effective and successful leadership. From there, we partner with the school to help find the most appropriately qualified candidates for serious consideration. Our approach to finding outstanding leaders is both efficient and affordable.
